An Invitation to Elkins 2020 Parents,

The 2019 Elkins ProGrad executive board would like to invite Junior class parents to the next ProGrad meeting on Thursday, March 21st at 7pm in the Commons. Please forward this post to all the current Junior parents and friends as an FYI about next year's ProGrad elections. ProGrad (aka Project Graduation) is a supervised, all-night, drug and alcohol free graduation PARTY for Elkins High School seniors. This PARTY and CELEBRATION is held the night of graduation. According to the ProGrad bylaws, the Junior class shall hold an election during the general membership meeting of current year. We, the current board, would like to help facilitate an election of the 2020 ProGrad board and chairpersons at our meeting in May (exact date is TBD). Please join us in March (21st) and April (18th) to hear what we are currently working on and ask any questions you may have about leadership positions.  By attending this meeting, you will also get a jump-start on earning volunteer hours/points for your student.  The ProGrad bylaws can be found here on the ProGrad website, www.elkinsprograd.org. Should you have any questions before the March meeting, please contact elkinsprograd2019@gmail.com or if you have a question about a particular leadership role you can contact the current chairperson(s). We have listed board and chairpersons listed on our website, www.elkinsprograd.org.

Thank you and we hope to see you there.

Kind Regards,
ProGrad 2019
